"I first got interested in RC racing when I was in my early teens, I did half a season's racing before I joined the army. I rekindled my interest after leaving. Car History: Tamiya Hornet, Tamiya HotShot, Tamiya Fox, Schumacher Cat, Team Associated RC 10, Kyosho Optima Mid-turbo. Presently Owned: 3 HPI Savages, Kyosho Optima Mid, HPI Baja with an MX Pro 30.5 engine, 2 Standard HPI Bajas."

"I watched a lot of RC racing on the Telly when I was 5 or 6, I started racing properly when I was 10. I had an old Tamiya Grasshopper and I used to race at clubs around the Midlands. I stopped for a while when I started work as a mechanic but I always meant to get back to it. About 5 years later I bought a Nitro Monster Truck to bash about on fields. I also got interested in RC Helicopters. Current holding are an HPI Savage and an HPI Baja. I think my main motivation in RC is run everyone else over!"
